How to read these results
Every calculator here uses a simplified model. Real accounts have fees, minimum balances, promotional rates that expire, compounding schedules that differ from monthly, and tax treatment that depends on your situation. Lenders apply their own underwriting rules that no public calculator can replicate.
Use these tools to understand the shape of a decision — whether an extra $50 a month matters much, whether a difference of one percentage point is worth switching for — and then confirm the exact numbers with the institution involved before you act.
