We read everything sent to us. We are a small editorial operation, so replies can take a few days, but genuine questions and corrections get answered.

There is no contact form on this site, and that is deliberate: a form would mean collecting and storing your details on a server. An email address does not. See our privacy policy for what happens to what you send.
What we can help with
- Corrections. Something wrong, stale, or a link that no longer works. Please include the page address. See our corrections policy.
- Topic suggestions. If a question keeps coming up in your life and there is no clear explanation of it anywhere, tell us. Several of our guides started that way.
- Clarifications. If a passage in a guide is ambiguous or an example does not reproduce, we want to know so we can rewrite it.
- Permissions. Requests to quote or reference our work. Short quotations with attribution and a link are always fine and need no permission.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give you personalized financial advice. This is not reticence — it is the boundary that keeps this site lawful and useful. We are not licensed advisers, brokers, accountants or attorneys, and we cannot tell you what to do with your money, review your portfolio, recommend a specific account or product, or answer "what should I do in my situation".
If you need advice tailored to your circumstances, look for a fee-only fiduciary financial planner, a certified public accountant for tax questions, a nonprofit credit counseling agency for debt problems, or a consumer attorney for disputes with a lender or collector. Those are categories of professional, not endorsements of any particular firm.
We do not accept paid placements. We decline all requests for sponsored posts, paid guest posts, link insertions and affiliate partnerships. Please do not write to ask; the answer will not change. See our editorial policy.
